I really liked the tank photo on the most recent FSM issue. I wanted to learn a little more about it but I couldn’t find anything inside the issue about it. Not even a credit. Many magazines have a small “About the Cover” blurb on the contents page. FSM should do that also.
I’ll have to look. FSM is usually really good at giving credit in the magazine and online.

Hi Tom,
The cover photo is always taken from one of the stories in the magazine. The July/Aug 2025 issue is from the “A Comet in Germany” article on Page 44.

Usually, there is a caption with the cover photo to give the article’s page number. If it’s missing on the latest cover, I suspect that’s just a layout oversight.
We’ve removed page numbers from the covers for a cleaner look. Just a different design philosophy adopted since moving to Firecrown.
