Those are all the kits that I have YET to BUILD!!!
okay, I’ve seen Litchfield. when we were down there about 6 years ago.
I should do BS quizzes more often, they’re a helluvalot more fun than the normal ones, it seems…
Fade to Black…
BS quiz? Oh… Guess I will cancel the order for the 4’ x 6’ blow up I was having Kinko’s do so I could see those serial numbers (too many 72nd scale models over the many years).
What this one wasn’t serious? You mean I didn’t win a prize for counting all those planes? Serioualy though this was fun.
OOHH, New Group Build. Everyone has to do a diorama based on this picture, All AC, All of the buildings, All of the lights and all of the fences, dirt, bugs, and snakes. This will be in 1/32 and the finish date will be 4-29-2004. Lets see some progress pics by 12 noon today.
Man your eyes are better than mine. I can’t even make out something as big as the C-130.
You guys forgot the Green Hornet…
How 'bout the Blue Beetle?
Fade to Black…

(i always seem to freeze up in test situations)

The C-130 is above the pad above and to the left of the three domed structures. The C-135 is above and to the left of the left most domed structure. The C-7 and the C-123 are on the pad below the C-130. BTW Add 5 O-2’s in the picture. They’re directly below and slightly to the right of the three domed structures. This must be DM. My little secret? Click on the pictureand it will enlarge.
after just being in Tuscon for a week, I’d say it is.
My first comment after seeing the picture was, “That’s gotta be Davis-Monthan.” If you guys ever have a chance to see it, do so. You buy your ticket at the nearby Pima County Air Museum, which also has lots of goodies, then a shuttle van takes you to Davis-Monthan and cruises slowly past the planes. I’ve never seen so many P-3’s! Both Davis-Monthan and the air museum are a very short drive from Tucson.
There is a tour during Nats if anyone is going.
