I’ve been trying to source a crew for a WW1 IBG French 75 – Das Werk has a Scneider crew I saw for $75 on ebay, out of my range — plenty of Napoleonic fugures out there – any advice appreciated

I checked a couple of makers who produce WWI figures in 1/35, but none have French artillery crews.
ICM have several varieties of French infantry, but no artillery crews. You might be able to modify some of their figures, but there’s nothing out of the box.
Neither MasterBox nor MiniArt have any, either. Nor does CMK.
Those are the ones I check first. There are other makers, but it’ll take some time to check those. I’m thinking that you might have to take stock figures and modify them.

This is what Scalemates shows as being made or has been made for 1/35 WWI French figures.
Blitz makes several that will work for you, but being resin, a full crew will get pricey real quick
