Free to a good home, part 2

Well, they guy that Littlemoe was going to get the brush for, ended up getting one from his wife as an early christmas gift. Obviously, he now has no need for it.

So, here we are again, is there anyone on the forum that doesn’t have an airbrush and would like an Aztek single action? It will come with some siphons and jars, a few tips, that cleaning tool Aztek gives you, and, if I can find it, the video they included. I’ll pay shipping and everything. I don’t remember the specific model Aztek, but it’s single action, internal mix, a decent starter airbrush to learn on.

Any takers?

I have the very bottom of the line Aztek-- the one for like $30…is this different from that one maddafinga?

It is probably breaking forum ettiquite (sp) but maybe you should post this topic in the “welcome-introduce yourself” forum. There may be some new modelers in there who could use the equipment.

Very nice of you to make the offer, by the way.[:)]

Let’s get this airbrush adopted and into a new home. [:)]

I got this at Hobby Lobby for around 75 bucks. It is probably not the very bottom line, because it seems like there were a few cheaper ones. Either way, I’d like someone who lacks an airbrush to get one. Everyone’s a winner on this deal.

I don’t need it but my 12 yr old nephew just got started into the hobby so if no one else snaps it up he sure could use it. Let me know if you have any takers.

bloody…&ell. A gift offered and people ask questions and nag…oh the humanity…lol

Just curiousity really thyamis…

Well, I don’t want any money for it, I just want someone who will use it to get it. I’d prefer someone who’s on the forum get it, but that’s not critical. I do really want someone who’s serious and won’t abandon it or modeling to have it. SAHickerson, would your nephew really use it? How is Waco these days? I’ve passed through there before, but never stayed any.

Hi again!

no teacher so i am online for another hour!

when do u decide?

joe

Madda said he’s not looking for money for it. It’s free to someone who needs one and would use it.

edit: oops, looks like Madda responded before I did. [:I]

u guys r sound compared to some other forums!

Any idea on how much shipping to Ireland would be? I’d prefer to give it to someone on the forums, but if it’s going to be 30 bucks or so, I’d have to get it to Hickerson’s nephew. I don’t mind spending 3 or 4 bucks for shipping, but I don’t want to go overboard.

Try the USPS International Calculator: http://ircalc.usps.gov/

It really depends on weight, package size and then selecting how quickly you want it delivered.

Global Priority Mail (variable weight - max 4lbs.) - 4-6 days
Airmail Parcel Post - 4-10 days
Economy (Surface) Parcel Post - 4-6 weeks

At 1 pound, you’re looking at a min. of $10 US.

Good thing with US Priority Mail and Global Priority Mail is you can get free boxes at the Post Office.

I’m sure I would have to teach him how to use it and I could get him a compressor for christmas, but yeah. He seems to really be interested in the hobby. Took him out a few weeks ago to the LHS and he picked out Revell’s Yorktown and SR-71.
Waco is fine I guess. Soon as Dotson’s trial gets underway and over with we can all relax.

Well, send me an email and lets get this thing moving!

I hate to disreguard kabiotic, but it’s cheaper to send this thing within the us.

E-mail en route.

okiliy dokily!
