Just looked at that “Aces of Iron” website that offers 1/6 scale busts for remote control aircraft. The owner (Michael Johnson) has an excellent section detailing how to paint the busts he sells. he just added a free pdf file that has one of the best descriptions on how to paint figures, the paints needed, and even a paint guide at the end. This is an excellent how-to for those of you trying figure painting for the first time, and it has great pictures / descriptions on all the techniques. Highly recommended site

Thanks for the link…I almost never use figures in or around my models as I SUCK at doing them. I can follow instructions to a tee, but I have never considered myself an artist. I think this guide may be able to help as it is an instruction[;)]
