Ford TC Polish armoured car (1/35 RPM)

This is one of my most recently completed AFV models (actually completed about a month ago, but only recently got around
to photographing it) - the RPM/Mirage 1/35 Polish Ford T.C armoured car.
It’s certainly the smallest armoured vehicle in my collection (not counting “softskins”) and must be a contender for one of the smallest wheeled AFVs ever!

The Ford TC is an armoured car based on the Ford Model T chassis, and was used in the war between Poland and Russia in the early 1920s. I believe it was originally a British design and was used by the British expeditionary forces in the Russian post-Revolution Civil War. My model depicts a Polish vehicle in the distinctive black-lined camo scheme used up until the mid-30s.
I’ve a feeling that the kit is slightly under-scale, maybe closer to 1/40, as, comparing it to some 1/35 figures, there is barely enough space for the driver and gunner to fit inside!
It’s still a very nice model and the kit is quite cleanly-moulded and well-detailed in most areas. Like many Eastern European kits however, the sprues are very heavy and you need to be very careful cutting the smaller and finer parts off (like the suspension and steering; I broke several of these parts and had to carefully re-glue them). There’s also a moderate amount of flash on the smaller parts.

RPM also make a 1/72 kit for this vehicle, which must be incredibly tiny - does anyone have this model, built or otherwise? I’d be very interested to see it!

WOW! what a funny-looking car… you did a nice job on it, thanks for the pics.
