A few weeks ago when I ordered a kit from Alanger I noticed a typo error in my order confirmation.
The night I ordered the kit I also noticed glitchs in the site.
I then reported these problems to their web master.
We exchanged emails a few times trying to pin point the problem.
Once resolved I was then told I would get a “free” kit on my next order.
I was expecting nothing in return,I was just trying to point out a problem that they may have not been aware of.

Well today I recieved my “two” BMD-2’s (in 1/35) and they are great little gems.

I give a special thanks to Max and all the crew at Alanger models.

Very nice of them.

My recent order from Squadron.com, which was 3 kits and some paints, got sent to some completely off-the-wall address.

The people who got them were nice enough to call Squadron to straighten the issue out. I guess there are still honest people in this world(or just people who don’t think sprues of plastic are worth anything, hehe)

No free kit though :frowning:

Alanger models… these are the same guys that run the free pics site so you can show off completed models. Very nice of em.
