A few weeks ago when I ordered a kit from Alanger I noticed a typo error in my order confirmation.
The night I ordered the kit I also noticed glitchs in the site.
I then reported these problems to their web master.
We exchanged emails a few times trying to pin point the problem.
Once resolved I was then told I would get a “free” kit on my next order.
I was expecting nothing in return,I was just trying to point out a problem that they may have not been aware of.
Well today I recieved my “two” BMD-2’s (in 1/35) and they are great little gems.
I give a special thanks to Max and all the crew at Alanger models.
Best regards.

Now THAT is good service. WHat is their web address? ALways like to give business to places like that
Yep, I agree JWest! It’s amazing how little things like that go a long way towards insuring customer loyalty.
Here is their link.

They also give discounts that are phenomenal if you sign up to their site.
Mine is 35% off the retail price.
Shipping is only $5.00 for the first kit and.25 for every kit after that.
Right now they have a 50% off sale.
Most kits are from eastern europe.
I highly recommend this site for the Russian plastic fans.
wow thats a great site and they have very good prices on a few things I’ve been looking for thanks russianfist
Yep, Alanger is definitely a good place to get stuff, especially if you’ve signed up to receive their discount. I’ve ordered about 4 kits from them thus far, never experienced any problems, and have had, overall, the best online shopping experience with them.
Looks like a good place to get Russian kits, especially the harder to find WWII stuff. [tup]
It is nice to know that some companies still do things like that to help keep the customers coming back, and telling their friends about it.
I placed an order with them last night (the last night of their 50% off sale), but the company they use to take credit card info wouldn’t work. I talked to Max Tereshenkov today and he took care of the problem quickly and easily (and gave me the discount!). I definitely recommend giving them a look (URL is in the thread of the text).
