Hi Guys, well, i have gotten myself an Italeri Opel Moultier SD.KFZ.3 and an Italeri FLAK38 to go behind it and a Tamia German soldiers seated set, have any of you good folks here any heads up on these kits, not being a teadhead type i have no references listed for these models. all are 1/35th btw, oh, and are there any suitable driver figures available?.

Hi Greg, haven’t seen you in some time. I have built the Opel Maultier years ago and it’s a nice kit. Like all Italeri kits, it takes a little TLC to make it come out good. Usually there are some sink marks and pin marks to take care of, but the kits come out great in the end. I’d say join our Italeri GB and get in on the fun. One of our members (Steve/ Zipmeister) has already built it. Perhaps he can answer any questions you might have. I haven’t built the flak, so I can’t help there.

i have been scarce from the forum for a while, life was kinda getting sorted after the divorce and as it does it kinda turned round and bit me on the rear. thanks for the info you gave, its all useful and i will look out for the g/b though i may not participate as i do not yet have all i need for the dio. i’m thinkin of russian front 44. with the halftrack traveling down a muddy road, maybe some motorcycles in there too, and some wreckage at the side of the road, either vehicle or aircraft, don’t know yet. and probably some cadavers too.
