Can any one tell me where I can find flags in 1/35 or 1.72 to print and use in my models. I am looking for US, Marines, Israel, WWII-German, Japanese and Italian. I would also love to get other countries or unit flags

Check out www.archertransfers.com, they have flags for most of the main combatants in WWII. I don’t know about the others. It’s a place to start.
I just Google Image the flag I want and print it out… The scale is hit or miss, but you can get close to what you need with the thumbnails on the page… Like Here:
Decals onto wine botle foil are, I find, the best way to go where you can. Check out the Red Ensign on this Tamiya 1/72 Perkasa-class PT boat:
and the Stars and Stripes on the radio aerial of this Italeri 1/35 Abrams:
Waterslide or rub-down decals for the flags of most major combatants are stocked by several specialist retailers, including 'white Ensign and Accurate Armour.
When I can’t find a suitable decal, I copy an image of the required flag into a Word file, re-size it and make a reversed copy so that both sides are correct. I then copy the resulting imags several times so that it doesn’t matter if I mess up on my first few attempts (as I usually do).
Remember that a decal intended to be a big flag in 1/350 will often work just fine as a small flag in 1/72.
