I would like to add that I completed this kit aswell. I did this kit in roughly 4 days over my thanksgiving break. It’s Eduard’s 1:48 Spitfire Mk. IXc bubble top profipack. It was an absolute awesome model with very few issues.

Congratulations to everyone who took part in this build. The work is top notch by every one of you. Above all, I’m very impressed with the quality of the builds in the short time frame. If I could put out finished models at that rate, I wouldn’t have a stash of kits in the closet, I’d have overflowing display cases.

Well, despite a big effort today, Shushu is going to fall short of completing her model. Here’s the progress today:
She worked with a soldering iron, did a bunch of painting and glue work, and is closing on the final third of the build, but November’s schedule proved a bit much. However, we’ll keep you updated regarding her progress on this one.
At this point, there are about 2 hours left in the Group Build. Good luck on getting your remaining work finished!

It’s 11:09 here on the West Coast, so I’m counting this. My kid brother finished his 1/35 Tamiya M4A3E2 Jumbo Sherman. Sorry I didn’t get as many pictures of his build process, we both started building last night. Really proud of how it turned out, he did a great job for the time frame he had to work with. Most of the pictures are taken by him, but if clearer pictures are needed I can take some.
