Figure Scales

Hello All;
I came across some assorted figures at a yard sale - soldiers, civilians and animals. They are unfinished and have some interesting detail. I do not know how to figure out what the scale would be. I did find a site many moons ago that had a pretty good backdown of inch/metric conversions but I can’t find it again, forgot to save it to “favorites”. If anyone out there has a simple way for me to figure out what scale these figures are I would appreciate the assist.
Thanks, sstcapt - Michael

I don’t want to seem a smart a*** but measure them!
The dist. from bottom of boots to the top of the head, NOT the top of the hat, will give you the scale. 54mm is c1/32. You should be able to go from here.

Go to this link and click on ‘converters’, then ‘unit converters’…

Also, of some interest.

if you have mm (say a 54mm figure) and want the scale, you do:

1717 divided by 54 equals 31,79 (so nearly 1/32)

If you have a scale (say 1/285) and want mm, you do:

1717 divided by 285 equals 6.02 (so nearly 6mm)
