I was just wondering as usual,what is your favorite brand of 1/48 kits?

Me likey Tamiya!!! [{(-_-)}]

But for an F-15E Strike Eagle, definately Revell/Monogram.

For a mean Bf. 109 G6, then Hasegawa.

So, really, it depends.

Mostly i like Tamiya and Hasegawa , but i also buy Academy sometimes .

Mostly Revell-Monogram because I can afford them more than Tamiya and Hasegawa kits.

Depends on the subject - but…
Eduard, Accurate Miniatures, Tamiya, Hasegawa and Fujimi…they’re all winners.

If Eduard continues releasing their Weekend Editions, that will be my favorite brand. Priced like Revogram, engineered like Tamigawa.

I have some Eduard kits in the stash, they look nice but I haven’t build them yet. So Tamiya remains my favorite for now (probably until I have build an Eduard kit)

Eduard and Tamiya are my go to’s.

My favorite is Revell-Monogram. They are priced right, and usually go together without much fuss. Translation: Cheap and easy!

The huge disclaimer is “Depends on Subject”

…but Tamiya, Hasegawa, Accurate Miniatures and Eduard are all top notch in my mind.

For my money [2c], Accurate Miniatures is it - just wish they would expand their lines. Next choice would be Hasegawa and Revellogram. I find Tamiya and Trumpeter to be outstanding but over engineered (for my talents) and too expensive. Nostalgic favorite i pre-Revell Monogram kits, hands down!
