I am trying to build a WWII US Navy collection and this is the latest addition. There was for the longest time that I could not find a Hellcat and finally I found one from Sprue Brothers. After it arrived, Hobby Boss announced their version with the cat’s mouth decal. I also got one although it is in my stash.
Man, that’s a good looking Hellcat! I really like those pugnacious 'Cats; I’ll have to replace my ancient Monogram Hellcat someday. Thanks for showing yours!

Outstanding job on your Hellcat constructor! I have that kit also. Picked it up because the reviews on it were full of praise. So how did she go together for you?

This is one Hasegawa that I can not fault for its fit. Fit was very good, parts detail are sharp. I also used Eduard 's cockpit set to upgrade the details. But an OOB will build just fine.
