My Iwata HP-BS with a .020 tip. I use MM enamels thined with lacquer thinner.
Nicely done. I’ve heard mostly good things about this kit but haven’t tackled one yet. Thanks for sharing.

Correct me if I am wrong, but didn’t carrier aircraft run fairly high tire pressure, so the flattening would be minimal, compared to a land based aircraft? Just a thought.

Such an under-rated fighter IMO. Always liked the Hellcat and you did a superb job on yours.
