Hello: I’ve always wanted a 1\48 model of the F-16XL. I just now saw an ad for it in a modeling magazine and have been searching for reviews of the kit. It seems that Skunkmodels released this kit a few months ago. I found one in-box review of the kit that was pretty positive. Has anyone here built the kit or know anything about it? Thanks in advance.
Well don’t know anything about it. All I know that I have been wanting one in 1/48th for a long time. My wife better hide the bank card lol.
No kidding? Man, I’ve always wanted to build an F-16 XL, but thought there was only the 80’s Monogram in 1:72 scale. I’m actually working on one right now.
I’m pretty sure I remember a 1/32 scale XL also, but never a 1/48. I’ve always wanted one as well. Need to keep my eyes peeled.

Revell has issued it in 1/32 a few times, it is short in the fuselage however.
