is there any decal sheets/pics of an american f-15 in an aggressor squadron markings? thanks for the help.
Nope, because no such squadron exists. Not yet anyway. The recent BRAC list dispatched the Missouri ANG’s F-15 between Nellis AFB and somewhere on the east coast (Otis??? Someone help me out here as I don’t have a copy of the list handy).
It looks like the Nellis F-15s could wind up as aggressors of some sort. If that’s the case, they’ll wear the same WA tail codes as all the other Nellis training aircraft (F-15, -16, HH-60G). Will they be repainted in agressor colors? We’re all waiting to see that.
There are actually two Missouri ANG F-15s in town this weekend for the airshow and I went wanting to ask the crew this very question, but neither pilot was anywhere to be seen.
thats what i thought. thanks for the help. im still thinking of doing an f-15 in those colors just for fun(kinda bored with always doing grey). i know nellis has some f-16s in the aggressor colors so is there a decal sheet out there for those?

That JSDF F-15 aggressor scheme is pretty cool. I think they also had a grey version but not sure.
The MO ANG birds going to Nellis are more than likely going to the Fighter Weapons School instead of the aggressor squadrons. But you never know. I think an SU-27 profiled aggressor would be great!
Yep, the JASDF certainly do have some agressors… And all in varying colors and designs… As for me, I am more for the grey scheme Japanese F-15’s…

ok so went to my local hobby shop today to get an f-15 kit and the appropriate decals/paint for my project. it turns out that my current situation will not allow me to do it. being away from home and in college i dont have all the nessessary equipment here to make it work. so i decieded to go with the f-16 aggressors out of nellis. so now i just need to find some good reference photos of the aircraft. does anyone know of a site that would have such pics? also im going to attempt to use the testors putty for the first time. any suggestions on that? thanks for the help.

Erm… Testors putty… Avoid if at all possible. It’s very coarse and grainy, if it stays on (half the time it crumbles) it sets rock hard and is just about impossible to get anything close to a smooth finish. See the discussion here
