I’ve noticed that many of the GB’s are moving at a slower than normal pace. The threads all around seem to be showing less activity by many members. It must be the season and things will pick up all around.

The overall site has been very slow on builds for months now, not just the GBs. The more prolific builders have left or slowed down over the past six months. Lots of talk here, but far less building.

Mach1, go with the 3rd pic without the flash, it looks the best. Well, the best I can do while my booth is put away till we move. The pics I can do now kinda suck, but it’s all I can do atm.

The Cat has been left alone for two weeks while I was on holiday. Back now, the wing is ready for decals while the fuselage is ready for colour on the tail and hull.
So more painting to be done, and it will be interesting getting the fuselage stripe on as it has to fit over strakes and fairings. Judicious slicing and buckets of decal solvent is called for.
Griffin25. Beautiful work on that tank, stunning camo and those tracks can be a bit trouble some.

I’ve got the French Chaffee pretty much done. I’m going to start working on the base and figures now. I’ll add some gear to the tank later. The antennas are cat whiskers I find around the house.

The wing codes and ‘TAA’ (Trans Australian Airline) are smaller than the reference photos, could be 50% bigger I think.
What happened to this build? A finished build isn’t even in the Gallery. Bummer man. [:S]
Mach 1 hasn’t posted on here since mid February. The forum search function is useless, so we really can’t see if he has posted anywhere else on the forums since then. I do hope that he is ok. I was hoping to start my project for this GB soon.
