Complete with flashing navigation lights.

Now that is a nice E-C…

I had a look at the other builds aswell, and I had to laugh because I noticed your PL 1/350 kit, you have it dry fitted, and you did what I think all of us have done, and that is hold it up, and go whhiiizzzz around the room with it![(-D]

Fine looking tribute to Captain Garrett and her brave crew.

hmmm…do I rub any of you guys the wrong way? Hardly any feedback…

Joey,

I wouldn’t worry about not getting lots of responses, dude. The threads gotten a decent number of hits, so folks are at least lookin’ at it.

As for me, I can’t see it from here, so have to go to the Cyber Cafe to see if I can view them here. For some reason your picture account doesn’t want to fully come up here. I don’t get the COMM Nazi Site Blocked notice, it just doesn’t want to fully load the page for some weird reason.

joey great builds you do incredible work. i usually do not come into the sci fi forms cause i havent built anything like that since i am a kid. but you definately have made me want to build a few star trek and star wars models again. thanks for the inspiration.

The lights are VERY nice. Truely.

I have an E-C on the way and I def will be using yours as a guide!..

I like the paint on it…

Chris

Wow! Well done Joey. That’s some great work my friend.

No man, it’s not that you rub anyone the wrong way, I’ve posted work over at other forums gotten 800+ hits and no comments. BTW your lighting looks great, the nacelles aren’t blaring for once.[;)]

You’ve done a great job to this. I have the 1/2500 Ent. sets and might just use your C as something to work by for my little guy. Paint looks great!!

Whoa, talk about a blast from the past!

Got the page to load. Looks awesome, Joey. Very nice work! [bow]

Great job, man!

I noticed you got the same effect on the nacelle grilles as the studio models have: copper-colored when unlit but lighting up blue. I’ve noticed it in pics for years but never found out why or how the FX modelers did it. Would you mind sharing any how’s and why’s?

She looks great, that is a very nice job. Great Reference material for others who want to build one.How long did she take to complete?

Great build! I envy those of you who are lighting savvy.

Took about 12 days total over a period of 1 month, give a week and few days. Thanks for the kind comments.

Wow!! Joe, that is one beautiful model!! [:D][bow]

You’ve inspired me to try and get my Yamaguchi built!!

Outstanding Build

You did a GREAT Job on her
