sorry elizabeth , this is ridiculous , a week and a half and I only had it for a week before that , this is so poorly run , I don’t have any trouble on any other forum , this is so frustrating .

I’m sorry for the frustration. Kalmbach was closed for the long holiday weekend but now that everyone is back in the office I know the tech team is working toward a solution. As soon as I hear an update I will pass it along. I’m sorry again it’s taking a while. Thank you for your patience.
