Well I havent been on for a while, School has been taking a lot of my time, but I am now on spring break. This is Eduard’s Fw 190A-8 built out of the box
cockpit looks great yeti, very clean work. I’m going to have to get me one of these.
ya I just broke down a few days ago, Squadron has them on sale and brought it down to my price range, it a great kit, it has a few problems, naimly the wing root, but the level of detail is amazing.

I just published two articles in Scale Aircraft Modelling which might help you when you get to the engine compartment. The Feb 08 issue is an OOB article on the Fw-190A-6 and the Mar 08 issue has a more detailed version of the Fw-190A-8.
Yeti, if you want another one of these but don’t want to fork out the big bucks (i think it’s totally worth it though!) is to buy the weekend edition kit. It’s just the plastic kit, no photo-etch goodies, but from what I’ve seen in the box, you really don’t need that stuff to make a stunning model!

Actually on sale this one was just a little more then the weekend.
I have added the engine, it is very hard to get in correctly.
What is the best way to fill this gap?
