Decided to complete a quick build after the nationals and finishing a multi month project. Picked up the weekend edition Eduard bf-109 at the nats for a bargain. The build took roughly a week and a half. I decided to experiment with AK real color paints and had a great experience with them.

Nice job. Impressive for 1 1/2 weeks! I’ve got some of the AK real colors as well but haven’t tried them. What did you thin with? Mr Color leveling thinner has been suggested to me.

They were thinned with Mr leveling thinner. I had to thin them a surprising amount. Probably close to 70% thinner 30% paint for just regular painting and even thinner for mottling.
