Okay, I’m working on a 1/72 diorama, and I’ve got two questions…(one weird)

  1. Any good on-line references for Eastern Front Camo on the Me109G-2s?

  2. What kind of trees were common in the geographic area (besides evergreens). Particularlly in the Kuban area?

That’s one question I don’t think I’ve ever seen before…[:)]

There are over 1600 wartime photos of Luftwaffe aircraft here, many taken on the Eastern front. They will give you an idea of the terrain and some of the equipment used. Since the pics aren’t captioned, you’d need to be able to identify the unit and time to tell the location.
