DVDs for beginners

Hi,

I’ve seen others ask similar questions, but I haven’t seen the type of answers I want. I’m looking for a How to DVD set for beginners. If there is a video on-line that’s fine too, but I need something that is like a comprehensive course for beginners. The “Model Mania” DVDs are a comprehensive course for figure modelers. I’m looking for something similar for fine modelers. If it exists on the internet that’s cool, but I don’t want a bunch of single courses for specific things. Right now I want something more for beginners, and more comprehensive. I know I’ll want to do Space Ships and cities, but I’ll want to do other stuff too. Does anyone have any suggestions either on DVD or on-line.

Thanks

Have you checked out Testors Scale Workshop on You Tube?

There is also Video Workbench, a series that first appeared on VHS tapes a while back. I have the sci-fi modeling VHS tape that’s at least 10 years old. They are now sold on DVD.

There was also an old PBS TV series sponsored by Testors called Adventures in Scale Modeling. It came out nearly 20 years ago and was on VHS as well (I have 3 tapes, each includes 4 half hour shows). I Googled it and found the episodes on You Tube as well.
