I would like to know if any one has ever bulit a DD sherman from scratch. if so can you give some tips and hints, I will be building a U.S. sherman I belive it is a m4a2 not the british m4a4. Please do not tell about the resicast dd sherman this is soley scratch building project thank you

Hey Gordo … you sure did pick a tough scratchbuild project here. I haven’t built one yet mainly because I haven’t rounded up enough clear references to do this build. It is a rather complex mess of pipes and tubes. I do have a few pics that I have rounded up and you’re certainly welcome to any of them if they will help you out.
