I have been offered a kit of the Dumas Mt Washington at $A1,000.00. I was wondering if the kit is worth it. Bearing in mind that the kit is on sale over here at about $A1,200.00. I would make it a working model but I have reservatiions about Dumas kits.

Well the Dumas Kit in the United States runs for $435 brand new and can be ordered direct from the company.
I suppose shipping to Australia might make up for the
extra $565 cost. Even with exchage rate the kit seems to
run only about $632 AUD. I wonder if import duties add that much?
