Hi does anybody know if the following are due for release in 13/2 scale
1/32 Rafale…!
An-225
FGR2 Phantom in 1/32
but the kit makers are too bone idle to do one [:D]
The 1/32 Gripen was done several years ago by Revell Germany when the Gripen was still a prototype and SAAB was touchy about letting out too much detail about it. Accordingly, the kit is innacurate nose to tail and back again.
As for my 1/32 dreams, not many, but a 1/32 Beech 17 Staggerwing, military or civil, would really make my day.
A DeHavilland Sea Vixen in 1/32 would also be welcomed by me.
it’ll be interesting to see the FSM survey results for most desired 1/32 jet. even more interesting to see if trumpeter would actually make one.
i would love a re-issue of the 1/72 revell fw200 condor
i think in that scale it may sell more only because most of us are very limited in display space and it is still big enough to super detail it and it would be 1/2 the price of the (real nice) 1/48 scale one out now
A 1/32 Beech King Air would be nice.
lol, how about a 1/32 B-52. I could finally have a really cool doghouse [:D]
1/72 KC-10
1/72 747-300 AF ONE
1/48 B-52H[:P]
1/32 A-1
1/32 F-106
1/32 B-17G
I’d buy it for a good laugh , just imagine the wifes face
1/32 Tigercat
1/32 B-25
1/32 Bearcat
LaGG-3
In 1/32 (or even better - 1/24)
Beech Staggerwing
Piper J-3/L-4 Cub
Piper PA-18-180
Stinson L-5 Sentinal
Stearman PT series (13,17,18) w/extra parts to build a Bull Stearman
The Staggerwing has been done. There was a resin kit from Scratchbuilders, and an injection kit from Staggerwings Unlimited. I know the Scratchbuilders kit is out of production, I’m not sure about the other kit.
I have seen the Staggerwings Unlimited kit on Ebay from time to time.

There was the B-25H from Monogram. They come up on Ebay from time to time.

In 1/32 scale:
Spitfire IX (later versions would be nice too)
B-25 would be cool (I know Aurora made one, but that was horrible)
A6M2 (the old Tomy/Swallow/Dyusha kit needs a lot of work to be passable)
Sturmovik
Decent P-51B and P-51A
Mosquito (variety of marks, not just the B IV)
Typhoon (later version than the car door early version)
Blenheim
Beaufort
In 1/48 scale:
Short Stirling
Halifax (something better than the limited production kit currently available)
Retooled Lancaster would be nice
PV-1 (regular injection molded)
Japanese twin engine bombers (other than the Betty)
Decent Do-17 (the old Hobby Craft kit is pretty crude)
Maryland (regular injection molded, not limited production)
It would be also nice if the kit makers retooled some of their old kits. For example, the old Monogram American bombers are great kits, but it would be nice if they were retooled to have recessed panel lines and a few other tweaks to make them more modern kits.
