Looks quite nice. I haven’t built it, but did the Tamiya and agree that it was a great value for the day. The kit was stuffed with goods. Something like 8 guys too.
Looks good Dwight. Something to note however: the fixture on top of the upper recuperator tube is a panoramic sight. It was only used when emplacing the Flak gun. Once set up, it was removed and stored. You might want to remove that piece.
Hay Im also working on an 88mm, think mine is 37 not sure. Mines painted for the Eastern Front, those 8 figured gun crew and motorbiker take forever to paint. The best of luck to you.
the Kit in question is the Dragon Flak36 88mm AA gun it does not have the motorcycle and rider that the Tamiya kit has. The Flak36 I have comes with the crew in winter uniform and the range finder and crew figures are better quality than the ones offered by Tamiya. oh by the way everyone the angle indicator on the 88mm Flak36 is supposed to swing freely not glued into place.
