Damn!I was really gettin’ into this build.WIPs can be such a tease!

Wow…this looks like a pretty nice kit…nice job on the build…

Thanks gents…Will post some more pics when further on into the Build. Am quite enjoying this kit except for those major fit issues.

How do you do photo-etch that small?!! [:O] thats like INSAINELY incredible! …i have enough with 1/35 ph…

I use an Etch-Mate, Magnifyers, superglue applicator and Bourbon…Not nearly in that order either…[#toast]

those are 14" guns not 16".

My mistake…Thanks I should have said 14 and not 16. I am starting the main assembly working from the stern towards the Bow…

Tequila to celebrate the mistakes [#toast] … which I never make. Looking good.

Red turret tops?

Nice work…just got this one…

Dragon re-designed the deck into a 1 piece for their Pennsylvania…I plan on getting that one also as the changes are evident enough for me to justify 2 ships of the same class.

Did you use fine wire rod stock for your rigging?

Thanks Joe…I appreciate the comments. I have the Pensylvania also and plan to do that in the near future as well. For the rigging I use E-Z-Line. it comes in different thicknesses and comes in gray or black. It has a lot of stetch in it and holds it’s shape well. You should be able to find it by googling the name. It comes from your neck of the woods and is great stuff to use and is very forgiving…Cheers Mark

You are doing an exemplary job!

No, Mark. I thank you!! You are the one providing the joy here. I would not even come close to you in this, or any scale. (Now, hurry up on this one so I can learn on your FFG-7!! I am on step5!!!)
