Think it was a Naval(ship) mount to begin with for air defense
sorta like the AA guns on te bismark. it kinda looks like one of those kind, only without the shield
They were used on the Flak towers in Berlin and around Germany,
There might be some in the small scales but there are none in 35th that i know of
