discolor a windshield. Basicly im trying to find an easy way to tint the windshield of the RM A-10 kit.

I’ve heard you can tint Future with food coloring… never tried it.

i believe tamiya has aline of window tint brush or spray on

You may wish to try Tamiya’s clear yellow mixed with Future

Tamiya makes a series of clear colors to do tints on clear; yellow, green, red, blue, orange, and smoke are the ones I have.

Tamaya has a couple of clear tints you could try. They have a yellow that should work nicely.

Question for jeaton01,

I have Tamiya clear smoke but it was very hard to get an even finish on a window of a 1/24 kit. Do you have any tips / trick for a even application (I used a brush to apply it)?

RIT dye. Get it at your supermarket. Mix it light, then apply a couple of times. dip, dry, dip, dry, etc… until you get the right color. Works good on R/C plane canopies, anyway…
