I’m currently building Tamiya’s Dornier for the ooob GB. So far it seems to be a great kit except for many injector marks.
Here’s the finished pit. Hope it passes muster.[:D]

Very nice job on the dials - how do you get them so clear & detailed?
Superior Job ! That pit looks just like the real deal. Keep it up.
The instruments are replicated by applying the kit decals indidividually, then a drop of future.
Jerry
Hey Jerry, up to your usual excellent standards. Looks really good. I PM’d ya the other day do you ever check your email [;)], You might wanna look at it.
Jeff
Looks great it will even pass the mustard (poupon of course). Great Job.
Dan
Very nice work. The pit looks great.
Regards, Rick
Hey Jerry,
What scheme are you going to put here in?? I should say what unit?? You did a very nice job on the interior.
You know, I have booth the single and two seater variant and I do not remember the nice decal for the instu. panel. I am going to have to check again… LOL
Looking forward to the finished build.
Flaps up, Mike
pit looks outstanding! cant wait for more
you know I don’t have the Tamiya Do335 kit but I have the Pro Modeler kit but I will have to check the details on the interior again but it comes with alot of PE parts for the interior.
Outstanding ! the detail is very nice, great work[8-]
Thanks a bunch guys!
Woodbeck,
Yes, I received your e-mail, and like an idiot, I inadvertently deleted it. I’m still interested in your decals. Let’s try again.
Butz,
I’m probably gonna wimp out and just use the kit decals with the old standard RLM 81,82, over 76. This model is for the ooob GB, and I didn’t order any AM decals. Any cool suggestions?
Thanks again to all.
Jerry
Jerry, the cockpit is looking most excellent. Lots of detail packed within the instrument panel. Great work so far.
Very nice start, Dragonfly. Please continue to post pics. Youve done a great job covering up any of the said ejector marks
Thanks martin and mucker.
mucker,
most of the injector marks are in hidable locations, but alot still need to be addressed. That’s the only beef with this kit.
Jerry
Excellent work so far on the Pfiel. That cockpit is as good or better than most AM kits.
Darwin, O.F. [alien]
Nice looking pit you have there.
Thad
Thanks Thad and Darwin.
Darwin,
I agree, Tamiya did a great job with the detail in the pit . and I’m very happy about that. I used to think this aircraft was awkward looking, but now it’s growing on me. This plane was revolutionary in many ways. Very cool.
Thanks again,
Dragonfly
