somehow they just appear; I assume its dust from the air; and theres not much I can do short of getting a paint booth(I paint outside :()
anyway; all Im asking is; am I correct and it is dust (outside my control) or is it something else?

Actually it’s probably blobs of paint.
Make sure you shoot some straight air through your airbrush before you let fly with the paint.
Also make sure the tip of your airbrush is clean.
I shoot air through; and the tip appears clean… I mean; not crystal clear; but whats on there is minimal and dried… cant say I notice a perfect haze pattern though; probably because the tip was curled, I straightened it; but it still seems to put out big drops; I couldnt make a light haze if I wanted to I dont think. I get different sized drops; but none seem THAT large.
its a badger 155 I think; hobbytown USA badging though; but looks identical; they told me they were identical.
Maybe you should consider a new tip?
As for dust in the coat, acrylic’s have short drying time, this will attract less dust.
When the model is drying, put it in a box and/or in the bathroom (due to humidity there’s less dust in a bathroom)
I am alway amazed at the quantity of dust adherent to the model even before I start spraying. It often takes close inspection to notice but is glaringly obvious once you start painting. Now I either use the brush as a an air gun to blow the dust or (as more often happens I have already eagerly attached the paint cup) a bulb brush/blower as sold in camera care kits. Dust in the finish should be readily identifiable as dust and if the surface to be painted is clean will sit ontop of the paint coat. If the lumps are integral to the paint coat then an uneven atomisation as others have suggested is more likely.
yeah Im getting a new tip; local hobby town doesnt carry them in stock… so I gotta add it to my online order; but I want a bunch of stuff; so Im waiting for a little extra cash before goin for it.
