DML mine plow kit.

I have a Dragon ( DML) mine plow kit , and I would like to know , if it will work on a Tamiya M1A1 Abrams . I know that Tamiya had a M1A1 with a mine plow , which mine plow is which is better ?

Yes, DML mine plow kit will fit a Tamiya M1A1. They are the same plow and same tank. I have heard that the DML and Tamiya plow are identicle.

MMIR magazine did a head to head review of Tamiya and DML M1A1 with mine plow (rake) in their inaugeral issue and judged the Tamiya mine plow to be designed better and not as flimsy as the DML unit. I built the DML unit and it looks nice when done but takes some fidgeting to get everything lined up and looking straight. Havent built the Tamiya plow yet but it looks more sophisticated than DML.

Tamiya plow is easier to assemble and sturdier. Benefit to the DML plow is that it only cost $5 originally.
