DML M1 Panther II review

Not sure if this has been posted recently. Below is a link to a review of the new DML M1 Panther. I can’t wait to get this model and the other DML M1’s that are announced as upcoming releases. This will look great on the shelf.

It definately is unique looking. Yes it seems Dragon is releasing a bunch of them. Wonder if they will build up better than some of their older kits?

Apparently these kits are the best M1 kits now on the market. I saw a review on another website that basically said to throw away all of your older M1 kits as Dragon has created a masterpiece. It looks to me as if Dragon has given the Tiger treatment to modern armor and I am glad to see it. By that I mean the accuracy and detail on this kit is supposed to be way above the level of any other Abrams kit on the market.

This is good to know. For one reason or another, every M1 kit I’ve seen has more than a problem or two. Thanks for the review, I’ll be looking forward to Perth’s also.

I ask and I shall receive. LOL

HAHA…I was reading the same review and was about to post the link. I really can’t wait to get this kit and the other DML M1 kits. Any ideas what to do with the other 5 Abrams kits I have? [:-^]

Send them to our troops, I did. What does the M1-AIM & SEP stand for?

Heh Tigerman, See HeavyArty’s review of the M1 development in Armorama. He goes through all the different variants .

Figures that dragon would produce one after I get the Trumpeter one. [banghead][banghead][banghead] Oh well maybe I will get it too. Seeing that I now have 5 M-1kits also I guess a 6th wouldn’t do any harm.

M1A1 AIM= Abrams Integrated Management Program. Fancy Army talk for a rebuilt and updated Abrams.
M1A2 SEP= System Enhancement Program means an upgraded M1A2, which are all rebuilt tanks as well.
