…what is the easiest way to dispense drop by drop Mr Hobby Aqueous and Tamiya paints for your mixes besides using pipettes? I find that using pipettes a bit messy and not always consistent due to air trapping.

I’m going to try using empty Vallejo 17 ml dropper bottles (I wouldn’t recommend them for solvent based lacquers being concerned that the strong solvents in the paint may attack the plastic).

Please share your methods.

Cleaning those pipettes was a major problem, so I switched to using the little spoon end of these Tamiya Paint Stirrers. I still use the pipettes for thinners as needed. I get nice precise amounts and ratios now. X drops of paint to Y drops of thinner.

Yep, I’ll drop another vote for the Tamiya paint stirrer/spoon. Easy to use and very consistent
