My neighbor was an aircraft mechanic aboard the USS Oriskany. His plane was an A-7B that was with the VA-155. (Silver Foxes, I think) I’d like to build him a replica of his plane. Do any of the after market decal companies make a set of decals for the VA-155 Corsair II’s ? My search hasn’t been successful to this point, hoping you guys might help me…
Any scale would be fine. The availability of the decals would determine which scale I’d build.

This is probably not the answer you’re looking for, but if you can’t find the decals you want, go to the VA-155 web site (www.va155.us). As you can see from the photos, the fin flashes aren’t too complicated and could be duplicated using sheet decals. It will be a bit of a job, but even if it takes a few tries it will be worth it when you present your friend with a tribute to his service.
