Decal Solution Question

I had read somewhere that adding a drop of liquid dish soap, to decal water, really helps. Does it?

Also, should the water always remain warm or can it be allowed to cool?

It may help a little, but a drop may be too much. Use a fraction of a drop. How much it helps depends on how hard your water is. I never bother to use warm water- tap temp is fine for me.
