This is Atlantis Models Wright Cyclone 9 engine, that I just finished. While it has a low part count, it was a challenge. This was interesting build. Having to pre-paint many of the parts, remove the seam lines and fix the fit problems, made this a longer build than I thought it would. I still enjoyed building it. I brush painted it using Testors, Humbol, Model Master and Vallajo paints.
I’m still working on how take the pictures, please excuse their quality.
I hope that this uploads OK.
That’s really cool. I’ve been eyeballing that kit. I have the 1/8 Williams Brothers WASP in the stash and finished the 1/6 Teching all metal radial 5 cylinder ‘functioning’ engine so I could see an engine section of the shelves
Nice work, your efforts show!
Looks great! Better than my build. Indeed, yours has Inspired me to give it another try.
Have you tried any of the Williams Bros engine kits?
