Customer Service page on this website is down until 3/8? Please see copy and pasted message below. The phone reps can’t help with subscriptions either?

This page is currently under maintenance.

We are in the process of moving our customer service to a new company.

Please check back after 3/8/2024 when online customer service will be available.

If you have a question about an existing subscription, please call us at 847-313-3921 / International 847-313-3921 to speak to a customer service representative. Please note, our customer service team will not be able to make changes to your subscription account; however, they will do their best to assist you. We recommend contacting customer service after 3/8/2024.

We were in the midst of switching to a new company. That switch has been completed and you should be able to contact CS now.

The CS webpage is still not working as of the morning of 3/18. Thanks.

Confirmed here as well. Still has that same message being displayed.

I just accessed the page successfully.

Just to make sure, the URL is https://apps.kalmbach.com/newsletters/services.aspx?a=6

I got there via the About Us dropdown on the navigation bar at the top of the page, and then selecting Customer Service.

If that’s the right place, I suggest you guys try clearing the relevant browser caches and then try again. It’s possible that something is cached that causes the error when you try to access the page.

The link is now working. It was an oversight when we switched from one CS provider to another.
