I love the work you’re doing on the Ascender. Looks very nice so far.
The silver undercoat will show up any flaws and it looks pretty clean. Should be a good omen for the paint.
Have you tried the salt chip yet?
What paint are you going to use?
I’ve had a play with salt chipping and have had a problem with using salt as it left some big white stains on the model. If you are going to go ahead with it let me know and I’ll tell you how I got around the problems I had.
