Has any one had trouble contacting Internethobbies. I bought a Defiant from them exactly a month ago and it hasn’t been delievered. So I have been trying to email them at least 3 times. I haven’t had one response. I know the money for the plane has been taken from my bank and I got a shipping email from them then nothing. I’m sure this is a reliable company so it is strange I don’t get a response to my emails. I have tried looking for a good email contact address for this type of thing. Can any one help?
I tried contacting them several times a few years back. I never heard a word in reply from them. Needless to say, I never gave them any business.
I suggest you check with the shipping agency.
Scroll to the bottom of the front page of their website – see that phone number? Just give Dale a call and he will get you taken care of. I have never experienced a communication problem with his shop and have always found him to be most helpful.

[#ditto] The few times I have ordered from them, I called first to make sure the item was in stock and always got through
[#ditto][#ditto] I have never had a problem contacting them by phone. Very friendly and helpful !
I was deployed overseas with the Army at the time. Telephoning was not an option due to the time zone differences, and other reasons of telephone access. Their online ordering format was incompatable with an Army APO address and I was trying to get help. As I said before, they completely non responsive to my emails.
However, Squadron, Brookhurst, and Great Models, on the other hand were very supportive of the situation. I’ll give my money to those who support the troops.
Yes this seems to be where their problem is. They don’t reply to Emails like everyone else. I’m in Australia so I’m just trying to find out how long it will take to get here. I would have thought 4 weeks after the shipping date is long enough. They should put a contact address on their shipping email because if you reply to it nothing happens.
Ok I had to call internebt hobbies. Seems there is a problem with their Emailing system which they are sorting out. I never received a email saying the kit was out of production. Anyway they have refunded my money now.
Ditto here - my work/life makes my “shopping” to be fully online and via email communications. I sent them a handful of emails about an order I placed and never received. My queries were always ignored. Sorry, but if you cannot bother to reply to emails from your costumers in a timely manner you will not get my business again. And Internet Hobbies is in that category.
Lets see now… my experience with them was in first half of 2005… a long time to have an uncorrected communication problem with a business. And they do appear to have had no problem taking your order and payment online… good story, stick with it![(-D]
