Let me lead this post by saying WHAT a fantastic kit. Brilliant in every way. I literally could have dropped it off my bench, and it woudl have fallen together.
The end result is loverly. The only real modifications I made are deepning the panel lines, adding seatbels and some flocking for carpets. Oh, and I also wired (correctly!- thank you for all the feedback on my last effort) the distributor cables. But you can’t see them as they are no buried deep inside the model.
I know they are there, and it makes me happy. Y’all are just going to have to take my word for it!
The colour is by Azzuro Thetis by splashpaints (www.splash-paints.com), as always, i can’t recommend them and their clear coats enough. No sanding needed on this to get a brilliant shine.

… Engine bay and engine. This hides so much of the detail, really is a bit of a shame. Its a beautifully constucted engine.
