Does anyone of you guys know if there is a list out there that gives a comparison of the colors of the different manufacturers and also what the different FS, RAL, RLM numbers are?

I’m short on time or I would find it for you but I know there is a Xref of FS and model paints…sure there is the same with RLM.
Goggle “crossreference fs colors and model paints” and see what hits.

Aircraft-centred, but also gives cross-references for various model paint ranges, and FS and some RLM and RAL numbers and their equivalents.
This table:

is useful for RAL colours as used by the Wehrmacht. Here’s something similar in English:
