Clear Parts Scuffs Help

Got some scuffs and marks on clear windsheild parts. What would help with the clarity? Future F/P? Maybe somthing else I havent thought of? Any thoughts would be of great use

Thanks
Brian

Depending on how deep the scuffs are, you could just rub it out & give it a coat of Future to solve the problem. Real deep scuffs may reguire a light sanding with very fine paper first.

Squadron trigrit stix are really great for those

Those Tri-Grit stix and future has saved my bacon a couple of times…

Glued a window (the door window) on my Panda Huey with Ambroids, which left a GIANT fingerprint on it. 10 minutes later with the tri-grit and future and the window was better than new![:D]

Thanks guys for the tips, just read the ‘Complete Future’ and I think that is my best bet along with a little light sanding which you suggested. Thanks again.

Yeah, I find future really works wonders for canopies!!!

Best to find a set of polishihng pads in the auto section of the hobby store. THese are used to polish those super glossy car finishes. HTe finest grit is about 32000 and you use a progressively finer series to get to this. The final result is smoother than the original product.
