Classic Airframes Hawker Sea Hawk Canopy

Hi Guys

I am currently making the Classic Airframes Sea Hawk.

Made a bit of a mess (catastrophy actually) trying to cut the canopy so that I could display it open. Canopy is now in two pieces, both with large cracks!!

Has anybody out there got a spare? anybody perhaps vacuum formed a replacement for themselves and have one left over? or one from the Falcon kit? I would be interested in purchasing it off you

Any suggestions of where else I might get one would also be gratefully received.

I’ve ordered replacement parts from Revell, but never
from a small company such as Classic Airframes.

Still… it’s worth a try.

Contact Jules at Classic Airframes they are very good at replacing parts from kits that are still in production. Here’s the email.

I had already tried asking Classic Airframes if they could help. Did’nt get a reply…
But I shall try again, now that I have a name feels like I’m contacting a person, not a company.
