We’ve had some extended discussions about the use of chromate green and yellow paints in aircraft interiors, and here’s a photo of the interior of the AirAsia flight that shows BOTH colors used in a modern airliner.

I used to work at McDonnell Douglas and have seen both colors on airframes under assembly, especially on pieces from subcontractors. What surprised me was chromate primer on carbon fiber parts.
