Need some help guys!Since I don’t have a printer I have to reley on a print shop to do this for me,but not quite sure how to explain it to them.I want to take a 1/200 decal sheet an have it enlarged on another decal sheet to 1/144 scale.Think a print shop could do this if I brought them the blank decal sheet?Thanks for any help!
It’s likely they could; However they may balk at doing it, because of copy write infringement issues.
But you can always ask first and see. Also the enlargement of 1/200 to 1/144 may lose some sharpness and clarity ; so have a test print run first to see if it will be what you want.

The print shop can do it but whether they will or not - you’ll have to ask. Just make sure the decal paper you have matches their color printer/copier. Inkjet for inkjet and laser for laser. There’s a big difference - no heat with inkjet and lots of heat with laser, specally if an older color laser. Also, be aware that if there’s white in your decals, neither inkjet nor laser printer can print white (I guess a newer really expensive laser printer can); the only printer I know that will print white is the now discontinued ‘Alps’ printer.
I used to use a local print shop before the inkjet decal sheets were perfected. I was glad when I could use my own printer. The shop I used bought a new laser copier that worked at a higher temp, and it would overheat and wrinkle decal paper. All the other print shops in the area already used the high temp copy machines.
I have seen inkjet printers offered for about fifty bucks. That is cheaper than many kits these days.
