My local Harbor Freight & Tools has a Central Pneumatic 30 psi Oilless Airbrush Compressor for $44.- (+ a 10% off coupon). Anyone have any experience with this product? Or am I better off sticking with my regular air compressor (with 2 gal. holding tank)?
Thanks
Assuming your regular compressor has the capacity, I’d stick with that. Holding/stilling tanks make all the difference.
[#ditto] I have the HF compressor & it’s decent although, you cannot regulate the air pressure on it. I’m waiting for payday to get the Paasche reg w/ water trap from dixieart.com
Let me ask you this… why trade in a good horse???
Thanks Ross & Hippie-Ed. After a little thought & your input, I have to agree. That forty dollars can be better spent on plastic…[:D]
Bob, Seein’ how we saved ya the $40 bucks[#dots] it’s only fair that Ross & I get $20 a piece[;)]
Well, we coulda let 'im throw the $$ away… NOT!!
Ross & Hippy-Ed…Brought a smile to my face [:D] And I am eternally grateful…which is worth far more than $20./per…[;)] Actually, I am grateful and thanks again.
Ok, Show us how grateful ya are by postin’ some pics of the work ya do with it[swg] oh, and yer[#welcome]

Looks good there Bob[:D] Looks as tho the tank just rolled off the assembly line[;)]
Hey Bob, this is [#offtopic] but, would you happen to be related to a Brian Bailey who was in the Navy? Served with RVAH-9 during 1965/66 as a Plane Captain?
Thanks Bob, I thought I’d ask. There was a guy w/RVAH-9 at the time named Brain Bailey when my uncle was lost in RA-5C 149312. (I’m trying to find the Modex # of the a/c)
