Please provide all available contact information (name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number and, of course IPMS number).

NOTE: The April edition is a VERY LARGE FILE – 15MB – if your ISP does not allow files this large, let me know and I will send two smaller files. You will have to use Adobe Acrobat (or similar program) to recombine the files.
